WaterJet Cutting

Water Jet cutting is the use of a water stream or water with the addition of high pressure abrasive to cut all kinds of materials such as:

• - stone,
• - carbon steel,
• - stainless steel,
• - non-ferrous metals and their alloys,
• - glass,
• - ceramics,
• - gres,
• - rubber and plastics,
• - wood and wood-based materials,
• - and many other materials.

The advantages of water jet cutting include:

• - it does not cause heating of cut materials during the process,
• - it is possible to cut all materials,
• - the ability to cut materials up to 200mm thick,
• - when cutting thicker materials, it is more precise than a laser or plasma (can be cut with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm),
• - you can cut any shapes.

Our machine has a 2.5 axis head and can cut materials with a size of 1000x2000mm and a thickness of about 200mm.
